1. Our 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery of your order. To help us review your request, please contact Hopeviaa™ Customer Support before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in reasonably good condition, with all included components, accessories, manuals, cables, packaging, and proof of purchase where available. Products may be opened and tested only to the extent reasonably necessary to evaluate them.

We may decline a return or make a reasonable deduction where permitted by applicable law if an item shows misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, excessive wear, missing parts, contamination, or use inconsistent with product instructions.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

• Gift cards, downloadable content, or other digital products;
• Personalized or custom-configured products;
• Items identified as final sale at the time of purchase;
• Opened hygiene-sensitive items where resale is not appropriate;
• Products not purchased directly from the Hopeviaa™ store.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days whenever reasonably possible. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After review, Hopeviaa™ will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, return authorization, store credit, or a refund, where applicable.

5. Return Shipping

For preference-based returns, the customer is generally responsible for return-shipping costs and for using a trackable shipping service. If we confirm that the product is damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly, Hopeviaa™ will provide return instructions and may cover reasonable authorized return-shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Refund Timing

Once an authorized return reaches the designated return location, we aim to inspect it within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to process and display the refund.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Where a direct exchange is unavailable, the most reliable option may be to complete an authorized return and place a new order. Price differences may apply to replacement models or new orders.

8. Order Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes after payment review, warehouse processing, or shipment has begun. If an order has already shipped, the standard return process may apply.
