By accessing the store, placing an order, or using a Hopeviaa™ product, you agree to these Terms and to our applicable Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment & Security page, and Privacy Policy.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.

11. Governing Principles and Severability

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
